EYZA is the trading name of Community Based Eye Services and Technology (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2026/178653/07), a South African company providing non-clinical management, administrative and operational support services to independent optometry practices. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We only send messages to individuals who have contacted us or who have opted in to receive them, and we do not sell your information. You may opt out of receiving WhatsApp messages from us at any time by replying “STOP” or by contacting us at info@eyza.co.za.
6. Disclosure of information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our business, with the independent practices we support where relevant to the service, and with regulators or authorities where required by law. Where we use messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, information is processed by those platform providers in accordance with their terms.
